Engagement:

1 day of effort, delivered within 1 week.

Organizations with an existing data platform, AI solution or design that needs a fast, independent risk assessment.

Approach:
  1. Intake & Preparation (1.5 hours): You share architecture diagrams, infrastructure code, cost overviews and, where relevant, model and prompt configurations.
  2. Deep Dive Workshop (2 hours): A session with your lead engineer or CTO on bottlenecks, workload and goals.
  3. Analysis (3 hours): Assessment of cost (FinOps), security and access management, scalability, data governance and AI readiness: data quality, model choice, evaluation and guardrails.
  4. Delivery (1.5 hours): Live debrief and a one page executive summary with the Top 5 Risks & Improvements.

Engagement:

3 to 5 working days, spread over 2 weeks.

  1. Requirements & Business Drivers (1 day): Workshops with stakeholders and engineers to define goals, use cases and constraints.
  2. Architecture Blueprint (2 days): Design of ingestion, storage, processing, governance, security and lineage, plus the AI layer: model hosting, retrieval (RAG), agents and monitoring.
  3. Technology & Vendor Selection (1 day): Vendor neutral advice with a cost estimate (FinOps).
  4. Roadmap & Delivery (1 day): Final report with a High Level Design (HLD), component diagram and phased implementation plan.
